The Miyoo Mini+ is the latest release after stock issues with the Miyoo Mini V2 which meant it became impossible to purchase overnight. Featuring a crystal clear 3.5 Inch IPS screen, the Mini+ continues to be another great release in the line up of classic retro gaming emulators.
Coming in three colours, transparent purple, white and transparent black, the Miyoo has a style for every gamer. The devices comes with a 64GB SD card which can be expanded up to 128GB which allows for plenty of room for the OS (something the community has even made a custom version of!) and game files.
Spec wise, the Miyoo Mini+ features the ARM Cortex-A7 Dual Core 1.2GHz, this process is known for being incredibly efficient and providing great performance - perfect for your every day gaming needs! The mini also includes 128MB RAM which may not sound like a lot, but considering this little device can play PlayStation 1 Games - You'll be surprised just how powerful it is. New in the plus version is built in WiFi which allows you to play games online if they support the service.
With the 3.5" IPS Screen, games look even better than you remember, with a screen resolution of 640 x 480, most games can scale to this resolution or be played in the native resolution that they launched with. The IPS panel allows for great viewing angles which means this is the perfect for device for laying in bed and reliving the childhood memories. The actual device measures at 10.8 x 7.8 x 2.2 cm and weighs 107g, meaning it is still extremely portable even with the increase in size.
The controls will make you feel right at home with an easy to reach and comfortable D-Pad, your start & select and of course the familiar face buttons on the right. The Miyoo also features 4 additional bumper/shoulder buttons at the back, these can be assigned and mapped to any game should you desire.
Lastly, the 3.7v 3000mAh rechargeable battery allows for up to 7 hours (please note this depends on the games that you are playing, more demanding games will use up the battery at a much quicker rate) and charges in about 3.5 hours.
